I created For Those Who Lead because I saw a different kind of leadership being needed in today's environment. One that address the weight in which most incredible people are experiencing. While smart and capable through the attrition of fewer workers in the labor force whether it is because of millions of unfilled roles, increase reliance on gig workers and technologies, expanded job responsibilities without expanded headcount it becomes clear that one person is effectively covering the workload on average of 2-3 people and sometimes more in many organizations.  And this trend will only continue to increase in the future.  

To address this I understood that it as needed to provide immediate relief and results which is way I created the 48-Hour Reset but then needed to provide a path for long lasting results that will last a lifetime.
